Dishes at Bistro-Terrace le Juana à Juan les Pins

 

I had the pleasure of returning to Hotel Juana this winter.
They wanted photographs of their last carte and the atmosphere of the room.

They redid the room to give a warm atmosphere in the Bistro style.
In a few hours the chef made us discover these dishes with delicate flavors.

Lacquered pork lightly scented.
Mackerel accompanied by a tangy sauce.
An explosive raspberry macaroon.

The result is a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that suit both business and casual meals.
